Can multiple players use the same compression pack?

They sure can. It’s easy to keep the packs clean for the whole team, as the compression brace can safely go through a cold washing machine cycle. The ice blankets don’t touch players’ skin (as they’re encased inside the compression brace), but they can easily be wiped down with sanitiser.

 

I have a team of professional athletes. Will these packs really fit them?

Our ice compression packs are specifically designed to fit all body shapes and sizes. At RE3 our policy is simple, if you don’t love it, return it for free. Just contact us within 30 days and we will give you a refund or replacement if you are not 100% satisfied. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible. Please contact us at admin@re3.gobal and we will coordinate your return. All you have to do is have your item in perfect condition and your original sales receipt. We will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number that must be included in the return along with the original sales receipt. It’s that simple! We will do the rest.

At RE3 our range of Ice Compression Packs have been designed and built to last. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So if anything is wrong with your RE3 product, we’ll work hard to make it right. We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted. In order to make a warranty claim, please contact us at admin@re3.global and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.
