At RE3 our policy is simple, if you don’t love it, return it for free. Just contact us within 30 days and we will give you a refund or replacement if you are not 100% satisfied. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will coordinate your return. All you have to do is have your item in perfect condition and your original sales receipt. We will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number that must be included in the return along with the original sales receipt. It’s that simple! We will do the rest.
We are offering introductory free shipping on all of our products within Australia. We have relationships with a range of couriers. All of our couriers offer a fully tracked shipping experience. In most metropolitan locations we should have your item delivered to your door within 3 working days. Once your order has been placed, you will be notified by email or text message that your package is on the way to your front door. Regional areas may take up to 7 days depending on your location. At RE3 our range of Ice Compression Packs have been designed and built to last. But sometimes the unexpected happens. So if anything is wrong with your RE3 product, we’ll work hard to make it right. We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted. In order to make a warranty claim, please contact us at email@example.com and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.
