WARRANTY & RETURNS

Our range of Ice Compression Packs have been designed and built to last. But sometimes the unexpected happens.

We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at admin@re3.global and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

Freeze both ICE CORE BLANKETS overnight, for best results.

Insert 1 blanket into the neoprene brace (alternate as required).

Apply to the intended area for recovery.

OR

Put your brace (with the frozen blanket inside) into your waterproof case, for ICE COMPRESSION on the go.

Great product. Fantastic Customer Service
I fell face forward down four steps while walking dog. I turned my upper body sideways to avoid landing on dog and landed on shoulder. After using this I went back and ordered ice compression packs for knees since they were black & blue , swollen due to concrete stairs. Went back and purchased more. Works really well use it at night when pain starts and is the worst.

Great product and service Game changer
Firstly the service was great I ordered the Shoulder Hip and Glute pack and Apple Pay still had my old address, a quick email explaining and sending my email address was responded to within minutes and my order was on its way to the correct address.
Secondly save your money I tried frozen peas, 2 different chemist bought ice packs and frozen wheat bags, this product is a game changer after shoulder surgery it has been a god send.
The packs are very pliable and mould perfectly to the shoulder whilst applying as much or little pressure as you like by pulling the strap and provides great relief after doing the gruelling rehab.
